Positive Behaviour Support

Specialist Behaviour Support

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners provide person-centred, evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants. We work alongside participants, families, carers and support teams to understand the reasons behind behaviours of concern. We develop practical strategies that improve quality of life, build skills and increase opportunities for independence and community participation.

Our approach focuses on recognising each person’s strengths, preferences, communication and lived experience. We are committed to promoting human rights, reducing and eliminating restrictive practices where they are in use and supporting participants to achieve the goals that are important to them.
