Who can access Community Nursing Services?
Community Nursing services are available to eligible NDIS participants who require nursing supports related to their disability. Services are delivered in accordance with your NDIS plan and clinical needs. Community nursing is typically stated in either your Core or Improved Daily Living budget categories. If you are uncertain, you can speak with your support coordinator, or a member of Assured Care Solutions office staff for advice.

Yes. Assured Care Solutions work collaboratively with your GP, specialists, hospitals, allied health professionals, pharmacists, support coordinators and informal supports to ensure your care is well coordinated.
