Your Assured Care Solutions support worker can assist you in accessing the community and attending different activities. Whether this be the movies, art classes, the football or visiting friends and family, we can tailor our supports to your needs
How Do I know if I'm eligible to receive funded services provided by a support worker to take me into the community?
Assistance with community and social participation is funded under the following in your NDIS plan:
- Core – Assistance with Social & Community Participation
Eligibility for NDIS to fund the support workers are determined at your NDIS Plan Review meeting.
What Daily Activities and skill development can an Assured Care Solutions worker assist me with?
Your Assured Care support worker, can assist with a variety of different tasks.
This includes:
- cooking and cleaning
- all aspects of personal care
- daily routines
- shopping
- medication management
- transport to appointments
- volunteering and working
- catching public transport
and much more.
How Do I know if I'm eligible to receive funded services provided by a support worker to assist with Daily Activities and skill development?
Assistance with Daily Activities and skill development is funded under one of the following in your NDIS plan:
- Core – Assistance with Daily Life
- Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living Skill
If I have an existing services provider can I change before my plan is finished?
Yes, you can change providers before your plan is finished. We have an intake process to ensure we are a suitable match for your needs and that all necessary arrangements are in place before you transition to our services.
